Light Walks
During April 2021 short, daily walks in County Hall, Exeter, Devon were paused as I made these images. The skies were bright and blue. The air was clear before the humidity of summer. This work records a month of hope in spring as bruised and battered we emerged from a hard winter.
The Ferns of Tremhenere
The sculpture gardens of Tremenhere are an enchanting place to recharge from the stresses of life. Created by a doctor they combine form and landscape in a place that promotes healing. I was drawn to the many ferns. Their structure becoming a natural architecture diffused with light.
